I run this race not for earthly gain but to glorify the One who has redeemed me. I commit to honor God with my body, mind, and spirit, taking responsibility for my health, safety, and conduct as an act of worship.
I pledge to love, encourage, and respect all participants, volunteers, and supporters, reflecting the unity of the Body of Christ. I will run with perseverance, fixing my eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of my faith, knowing that my true reward is eternal. I covenant to live as His witness, that through my life and testimony, others may see His light and love. I make this covenant in Jesus precious name. Amen

SALVATION RUN 2026 – LIABILITY WAIVER & SELF-RESPONSIBILITY

GUIDELINES : 

  1. Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned below prior to submitting your application for registrations
  2. SALVATION RUN is Exclusively for CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY ONLY, participants from all Christian Denominations can register
  3. An applicant may register for any one of the Non – competitive race category Open 5K Run (Non-Timed) and 3k Walk
  4. An applicant will be confirmed, subject to fulfilling conditions mentioned herein and confirmation qualification criteria (where applicable), only for the race category he/she has applied for.
  5. Applicants can register only via online using REGISTRATION LINK and paying applicable entry fees on race category opted for.
  6. No individual/group from any Christian denomination has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the SALVATION RUN – Other than the official registration partner authorized by the promoter, (COVENANT. LLP)
  7. An applicant must apply for the event using a single email address and Mobile Number
  8. The age category for Participants 15 years to 95 years (open), for children 10 years and above only
  9. People with Disability (wheelchair) bound entries are accepted

GROUP ENTRIES:

  1. Group entries shall be accepted only for 3K Walk; there shall be a minimum of 25 individual entries from the said participative categories to comprise a group.
  2. The process of group registrations where the group entry fees are being sponsored by their church, fellowship, Institution or community group, it’s for team members/employees.

Before submitting your application, please check if you:

  1. Have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with *’ in the application form.
  2. Have paid the requisite entry fees.
  3. Have agreed to the ‘Waiver’, ‘Consent’, ‘Data Privacy Policy’, ‘Race regulations’ and ‘Entry rules and guidelines’ in the application form.
  4. Have uploaded a copy of the parent/guardian’s photo id proof, if the applicant is below 18 years of age as on 28.03.2026.
  5. Have uploaded a clear copy of photo ID proof where Date of Birth is clearly visible.
  6. Have uploaded clear latest photograph. Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be confirmed.
  7. Once you successfully submit your online application, details in your online profile cannot be changed/edited by you. For any corrections, please email at runsalvation@gmail.com  

BIB COLLECTION

  1. For the Event to be held on 28th March 2026, Salvation Run T-shirts and RUN – TAG must be collected by all participants from the 25th 26th & 27th March 2026 Kindly Note T-shirts will not be given on the RACE DAY (28/march/2026)
  2. It is mandatory for all participants to collect their running Tag personally from the distribution Center within the mentioned dates. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents (soft copy accepted) to collect their run tag and t-shirt
    1. Application confirmation Number
    2. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the participant
  3. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a runner confirmed in any of the race categories can send his/her representative to collect his/her running Tag and t-shirt on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than TWO participants. The representative must carry along following documents for number bib collection:
    • Application confirmation.
    • Govt. approved photo ID proof of the Participant
  4. Group Bibs collection can send their representative/s to collect the running and t-shirts on behalf of their team members. The entire group run tags and T shirts will be handed over at one go of both race categories. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for collection of run tags:
    1. Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person
    2. Printed copy of signed letter on the church. Institution, letterhead authorizing the representative/s to collect run tags and t-shirts on behalf of the group.
    3. Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.

ENTRY REJECTION AND REFUND POLICY

       Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  1. Once an entry is received, no request for refund of application fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
  2. Only when your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, will the entry fee component paid, be refunded on or before 30th April 2026. An amount of ₹ 200 will be deducted as processing charges.
  3. Application fees shall not be refunded or transferred by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her Run Tag and T-shirt from the center or being unwell.
  4. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 30th April 2026.

ENTRY DEFERMENT POLICY

  1. Only in the case of the SALVATION RUN 2026 event rescheduled for any reason, will your entry at the SALVATION RUN 2026 be carried forward, in the same race category, to the subsequent/rescheduled edition of the SALVATION RUN 2026 Bengaluru. No additional entry fees will be charged to such participants.

IMPORTANT POINTS

  1. Notwithstanding anything mentioned herein, top-up donations (if any), where made at the time of applying for the event, will not be refunded under any circumstance of whatsoever nature.
  2. The right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this entry form are at the sole discretion of SALVATION RUN ORGANIZING COMMITTE and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.
  3. Confirmed participants’ identity and proof of residence may be verified by a verification agency hired to validate the details provided by you in the form. Where any information and/or any document provided by an applicant/runner at any point in time is found to be incorrect, participation of the said runner shall be withhold/disqualified and there will be no refund of application fees paid by the Participants. All benefits accruing to the said runner as a participant of SALVATION RUN 2026 shall stand forfeited.
  4. The Run Tag must be always worn on the wrist during the event.
  5. Race day images of all participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants are found not wearing the run tag and t-shirt allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that run tag will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2027.
  6. Any race day audio, video, or visual recordings made by a participant at the race day are to be used only for personal purposes; these cannot be used for any commercial purpose. The official photographer of SALVATION RUN 2026 is ______________ and individual photographs of runners will be available for sale and download on the event website 48 hours post-closing hours of race day.
  7. Participants shall not engage in any brand marketing or brand promotion activities (of Names of institutions/ Churches other than Event’s Sponsor/Partner brands) at the Event. No Carrying, placards, banners, and adding info on the T-shirts to display their denominations, church leaders or any of their church event promotions Failure to adhere to this guideline may result in disqualification from the current and subsequent editions of SALVATION RUN
  8. Event Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the SALVATION RUN 2026 at any point in time without any notice.

ABUSE

  1. No Participant may be disrespectful toward race directors, officials, staff, riders, volunteers or spectators.
  2. No Participants may use foul or abusive language during the race.
  3. No Participant may assault (an unlawful attempt, coupled with the present ability, to commit a violent injury on the person of another, any willful and unlawful use of force or violence upon the person of another (including but not limited to riders, spectators, public officials, volunteers, staff, etc.).
  4. Any of the above will lead to disqualification or a lifelong ban for Salvation Run Events

CONDUCT

  1. No Participant may make an abrupt motion to interfere with the forward progress of another runner, either intentionally or by accident.
  2. Pushing or pulling or any other physical assistance among runners is prohibited.
  3. No outside assistance is allowed (incl. but not limited to personal support runners, cyclists etc. or handing in supplies from roadside).
  4. If a runner is lying on the ground and is visibly in difficulty, any following runner can stop and help unless there are already at least three people helping. You may continue if
    • the victim is fine or
    • medical personnel have arrived. Help others, you may need help one day.
  5. Any misconduct with respect to the above will lead to disqualification and a lifelong ban at Salvation Run Events

ENVIRONMENT

  1. SALVATION RUN is committed to protecting the environment. Any discarding of trash or food outside the designated trash receptacles at the aid stations or “eco zones” is prohibited and can lead to a time penalty
  2. Any urinating in public is prohibited and can lead to disqualification from the event

SALVATION RUN 2026 – LIABILITY WAIVER & SELF-RESPONSIBILITY

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that participation in Salvation Run 2026 involves physical activity which carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, trips, falls, dehydration, fatigue, minor or serious injury, and, in rare cases, life-threatening conditions. I understand that the organizers have taken reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee my personal safety.

Assumption of Responsibility: I voluntarily chose to participate in this event and assume full responsibility for:

  • My health, fitness, and medical condition.
  • Wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for the run.
  • Staying hydrated and following safety instructions provided by organizers.
  • Seeking medical attention if I feel unwell before, during, or after the event.

Medical Fitness Declaration. I declare that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the Salvation Run 2026. I have not been advised by a qualified medical professional to refrain from strenuous activity. I agree to inform the organizers of any medical condition, allergy, or requirement in advance.

Release of Liability. In consideration of being allowed to participate in Salvation Run 2026: I release, waive, and discharge the Organizers, Partners, Sponsors, Archdiocese of Bangalore, Volunteers, and Associates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions arising out of any injury, illness, loss, or damage I may suffer while participating in this event. I understand this release applies to negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Consent to Medical Treatment. I authorize event medical personnel to administer first aid or arrange emergency treatment if necessary. I agree to bear any costs arising from such medical treatment.

Media Consent. I grant permission for my photographs, videos, or testimonials taken during the event to be used for promotional, educational, and reporting purposes by the organizers without compensation.

Code of Conduct, I agree to conduct myself respectfully, follow the instructions of the event team, and ensure that my participation reflects the spirit of unity and purpose of the Salvation Run.

 Acknowledgement, I confirm I have read, understood this waiver and accept full responsibility for my participation in Salvation Run 2026. I am aware that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights and accepting responsibility for my participation
